I'm doing great“How are you doing?”

“I’m fine”

Most of the time this how a conversation starts. To the question “How are you” or “How are you doing” the response is usually automatic “I’m fine” or “I’m ok” or just “Ok”. And the tone we say fine and OK, most of the time it’s sad and without life. We almost never realise this automatism we made.

 We answer in a way that even we aren’t convinced that we are fine. We just don’t want to bother the other person with our problems. The thing is the other person doesn’t want to hear your problems and he expects that you will answer “I’m ok” and move on. (more…)

Essential skill in life: cooking

I’m 25 years old. At 19 I left home and went to college. In my first year I received almost weekly a package from home with food( If you’re not from Romania you won’t understand this tradition). In my second year I told my mom to send those every 2 or 3 weeks. In my 3rd year  the “package from home” almost disappeared because I wanted to learn how to cook by myself. I wanted to eat meals that were done by my own hand and by own taste.  (more…)

Why you complain about friendzone?

FriendzoneI spend a lot of time, well not a lot, but quite some time on 9GAG. And I see many posts about friendzone, crushes and other stuff like that. I knew a little bit about the  friendzone term and I was wondering myself What the fuck they see friendzone like that? Then I found out that for them “friendzone” is that zone that people like to call when then can’t get a girl, or a boy, and prefer to become friends with the hopes of a stupid romance movie character that eventually, if they stay around enough, they will become lovers and spend the rest of their lifes together.
